Clipworks provides tools to create, edit, schedule, and publish short-form video content to third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Features and availability may change at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Clipworks a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service and to publish to the destinations you authorize.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Third-Party Platforms
When you connect a third-party account (e.g., TikTok), you authorize Clipworks to access and use that account in accordance with the permissions you grant and the third party's terms. Clipworks is not responsible for third-party services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, attempting to disrupt the Service, or violating any platform policies of connected services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
